Purpose of JobWe are seeking a hardworking Bank Regulatory
Reporting Quality Assurance Advisor I for our San Antonio, TX, or
Charlotte, NC facility. This person may also work remotely in a
100% Remote Work Environment.
We are seeking a Bank Regulatory Reporting Quality Assurance
Advisor I to lead the performance, independent validation and
enhancement of external reporting data integrity. This entails
conducting data quality testing over external reports submitted to
Banking Regulators for the purposes of ensuring the accuracy and
conformance with regulatory instructions of reports submitted to
regulators. The Bank Regulatory Reporting QA function partners with
key stakeholders to identify areas of regulatory reporting
improvements, including identifying process enhancements.
Responsible for developing and conducting quality assurance
activities around regulatory reports which are aimed at mitigating
the risk of external reporting errors through additional
independent review and validation. Ensure that the reports are
prepared in accordance with regulatory instructions and quality
standards are established in accordance with internal practices,
risk and compliance policies and procedures, and regulatory

- Serves as a resource to team members and/or business and

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related
discipline; 4 additional years of related experience beyond the
minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 4 years ' quality assurance, operations or process
experience in regulatory reports in the financial services
industry, or relevant work experience.
- Previous experience working in a financial services
- Demonstrated experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and
recommending solutions.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience completing and performing reviews of banking
- Experience performing analysis/reasonableness checks over data
provided for regulatory reporting.
- Experience in regulatory reporting and financial services
- Experience in regulatory audit of banks and financial
institutions, or equivalent experience in consulting of FRB

job.Compensation:USAA has an effective process for assessing market
data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You
are paid within the salary range based on your experience and
market position. The salary range for this position is: $72,900 -
$131,400 *(this does not include geographic differential it may be
applied based on your work location)Employees may be eligible for
pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual
performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of
Directors.*Geographical Differential: Geographic pay differential
is additional pay provided to eligible employees working in
locations where market pay levels are above the national average.
