Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a
dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Merchant Services
Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be an
integral part of the Cash Management and Merchant Services
department, supporting a diverse range of clients and internal
teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication
skills, a proactive approach, and a strong commitment to delivering

values of inclusivity and excellence. Job Title: Financial Merchant
Services Specialist Location: Upstate South Carolina Shift: 8-5 M-F
What's the Job? Assist customers in person and by phone to resolve
issues related to Cash Management and Merchant Services promptly
and effectively. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and
documentation for client accounts and internal audits. Process new
applications, conduct risk assessments, and gather necessary
documentation to support client onboarding and compliance.
Collaborate with team members and managers to ensure clients are
well-informed and supported in their electronic banking needs.
Monitor ACH and Wire file activity, review outgoing customer files,
and ensure timely processing to maintain operational integrity.
What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary
education or banking certification preferred. Strong knowledge of
Cash Management products, systems, and processes. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist
clients and team members. Proficiency with technology, including
Microsoft Office Suite and banking software. Understanding of
banking laws and regulations such as BSA, GLBA, TISA, and ACH
