Our client, is seeking a Ncino Procuct Owner to join their team. As a nCino Product Owner, you will be part of the Commercial Banking supporting Corporate & Investment Banking Team. Job Title: Ncino Product Owner Location: Charlotte, NC or Wilmington, NC Overview We are seeking a strategic, execution?focused Business Execution Consultant / Product Owner to lead the development, enhancement, and delivery of new capabilities on the nCino Bank Operating System . This role is a key part of our transformation efforts within Commercial Banking (CB) and Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) , focusing on digitizing complex lending workflows, strengthening operational controls, and improving end?to?end loan origination efficiency. The ideal candidate brings deep hands?on experience with nCino , strong Commercial Banking domain expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions while partnering closely with Operations, Technology, Risk, and Product teams. Key Responsibilities Serve as Product Owner for nCino capabilities across CB and CIB lending, defining product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy. Partner with business leaders, SMEs, and stakeholders to understand lending workflows, identify pain points, and translate requirements into functional nCino solutions. Drive end?to?end feature delivery — from discovery and requirements through design, testing, deployment, and adoption. Lead refinement sessions, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and compliance expectations. Support transformation initiatives aimed at digitizing traditional lending processes and improving operational effectiveness. Partner with Technology teams to ensure solution design meets business needs while adhering to architectural standards. Monitor performance, adoption, and data quality; drive enhancements that elevate the user experience and improve process efficiency. Act as the nCino subject?matter expert for lending operations, supporting issue resolution, change impact assessments, and continuous improvement efforts. Ensure nCino workflows align with regulatory requirements and internal policy standards across loan origination and servicing. Required Qualifications Must have: Hands?on experience working with nCino in a Product Owner, Business Execution, Business Analyst, or system enhancement capacity. Must have: Strong background in Commercial Banking (loan origination, underwriting, credit, or lending operations). Proven experience supporting or leading transformational initiatives within lending or credit businesses. Demonstrated ability to work cross?functionally with Business, Technology, Operations, and Risk partners. Strong analytical, problem?solving, and requirements?gathering skills. Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing technology delivery in an agile/hybrid environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex workflows into clear, actionable requirements.
