detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in
Spartanburg, South Carolina. In this Contract to permanent role,
you will provide critical support to the executive team, ensuring
seamless operations and effective communication. This position
offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic
organization in the machinery/worktools industry. Responsibilities:
• Assist the Executive Assistant by managing administrative tasks
and ensuring smooth operations during busy periods. • Conduct
research on potential acquisition opportunities, compiling relevant
documentation and data. • Handle incoming and outgoing calls,
maintaining a courteous and attentive demeanor. • Manage email
correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses. • Organize
schedules and appointments to optimize team productivity. • Perform
data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy. • Create and edit
documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. •
Provide customer service support, addressing inquiries and
resolving issues promptly. • Maintain organized records and files
for easy access and retrieval. • Coordinate with various
departments to ensure efficient workflow.• Proven experience in
administrative roles, showcasing strong organizational abilities. •
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Exceptional communication skills, both
written and verbal. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and
prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong
attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity
with handling inbound and outbound calls professionally. •
Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars. •
Customer service experience with a focus on delivering high-quality
support.
