The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the management, implementation, and execution of Marketing Activities and Support Materials for the True Homes Sales Organization, Exterior Broker Relationships and the True Homes Organization.Responsibilities:Broker Data Base and Administration:

  • Broker Gift Card Administration
  • Organizes and coordinates logistics for all community Broker events
  • Works with True Advisors from each market on any outstanding database issue- ie Broker sales data, contract data
  • Initiate Key Sale Audit weekly to ensure Key Sales turn into Core Accounts and the Core Agreement is signed by the selling Broker
  • Reviews all Core Broker sign-up sheets, enters Core Broker information into data base, and ensures criteria has been met
  • Acts as Liaison between Brokers and Corporate office as neededCommunity Set-Up and Administration:
    • Management and Ownership of New Community Grand Opening Checklist
    • Assists in Sales Office set up and ordering initial and ongoing supplies
    • Ensure accuracy for Exhibit As -Audit Models
    • Maintains Top Reasons to Buy on Homefinder in communities - Audit
    • Fulfills Marketing Material Requests for True Advisors
    • Reconciliation of Amazon Business Account and Credit CardsMarketing Administration:
      • Initiate the Model Flyers to be created with the Design Team (requires creation of detailed Model Exhibit A)
      • Code all Marketing Invoices
      • Own and Process Promotional Item Orders (apparel and other promotional items)
      • Process Signage Request Orders with the Sign Company (SOLD, AVAILABLE, MISC)
      • Process Business Card/Namtag Orders (w/collaboration between Art Team and Sign Team)
      • Process Misc Printing Orders (w/collaboration between Art Team and Printing Team)
      • Misc. Event Planning Activities – Annual Broker True Party and Various Other Marketing Events
      • Performs other duties as needed or requiredQualifications:
        • High school diploma or GED required
        • Associates degree in Business or Marketing Administration preferred
        • Three years or more of administrative experience required
        • Real Estate or Marketing administrative experience preferred
        • Event Planning Experience preferred
        • Excellent word processing skills for updates in Multi Listing System and Content Management System web tool
        • Reliable personal transportation required for travel within NC and SCGeneral Requirements:
          • Strong attention to detail
          • Strong communication skills, written, and verbal skills
          • Strong organizational skills
          • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
          • Comply with all company policies and procedures

            • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
            • Associate needs to occasionally move about the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc.
