We are seeking a dynamic and experienced hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of property maintenance for our multi-family properties. Supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance team. 2. Performing routine and preventative maintenance on all aspects of the building, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. 3. Conducting regular inspections of the properties to identify and resolve issues. 4. Training staff in the use of hand and power tools and ensuring they are used safely and effectively. 5. Coordinating with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance or repair services. 6. Responding promptly to maintenance emergencies and resolving them efficiently. Qualifications: 1. 3 years of experience in building or property maintenance, with a focus on multi-family properties. 2. EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification is required (Type I and II, or Universal). 3. Proven experience with plumbing, carpentry, and the use of hand and power tools. 4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Interested in hearing more?
