Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Install leader to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating,
ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to
install, maintain, and repair various HVAC units. This role
requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently
and manage a team, ensuring that all installations meet safety and
quality standards. Must be able to run projects, install ductwork,
piping and wiring. Responsibilities Install heating, ventilation,
and air conditioning systems according to specifications and
schematics for commercial projects Perform routine maintenance and
repairs on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Utilize
tools such as ohmmeters and welders for installation and repair
tasks. Diagnose issues with HVAC systems and implement effective
solutions. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address
HVAC-related concerns in residential and commercial settings. Build
and design custom HVAC solutions based on client needs. Maintain
accurate records of work performed and materials used. Follow all
safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site. Requirements
Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in property
maintenance. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical
drawings related to HVAC systems. Strong mechanical skills with the
ability to operate various tools safely and effectively. Knowledge
of refrigeration principles and the ability to work with
refrigerants. Experience in welding is a plus for certain
installation tasks. Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and
efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to
quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills for interacting
