Position Title: Foreman/Heavy Equipment Operator Company Name: Palmetto Site Construction Pay Range: $25–$35 per hour, plus performance and year-end bonuses Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Abbeville, SC Industry: Civil Construction / Utilities / Sitework Job Overview: Palmetto Site Construction is seeking experienced Foreman/Heavy Equipment Operators to join our Field Operations team. This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership, advanced heavy equipment operation skills, and the ability to read civil plans and set grades accurately. The ideal candidate will be able to both lead and work alongside crews to ensure efficient and high-quality completion of residential, commercial, and industrial sitework projects.
