What’s yours? \n Position Overview \n Responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Performs preventive maintenance using a CMMS system and supports continuous improvement efforts. Must work safely, independently, and with attention to detail. Works 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, with occasional overtime and call-in as needed \n What you'll do \n \n Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems \n Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime \n Use CMMS to manage and complete maintenance work orders \n Follow all safety protocols and report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately \n Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and part catalogs for accurate repairs \n Support bi-annual facility shutdowns and occasional call-in maintenance needs \n Participate in lean/process improvement initiatives and suggest improvements \n Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment \n All other duties as assigned \n \n Who you are \n \n High school diploma or GED required; technical school training or 5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred \n Skilled in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting \n Proficient in using hand and power tools \n Able to read and interpret blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs \n Experienced with CMMS or similar maintenance management systems \n Strong safety awareness and commitment to following protocols \n Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently \n Effective communicator and team player \n Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing frequent bending, squatting, and walking \n Comfortable working in noisy, hot, cold, or dusty manufacturing environments \n Normal schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week \n Overtime and call-in work may be required \n \n What's in it for you? \n \n Annual base salary range: $30 hourly \n Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability \n A company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growth \n Time off with pay \n 401(k) plan with a degree of employer matching \n Paid parental leave \n Wellness programs and product discounts \n \n Please note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate’s education, experience, skills and potential.
