today. 7am ‐ 7am call hours with 10 days coverage monthly
‐‐ weeknights and weekends 22 ‐ 24
patients daily in clinic with 2 ‐ 3 call patients per day
Average 2 newborn admissions daily ‐‐ ranges 0
‐ 5 Approximately one ED phone consult per week
‐‐ no in‐person ED coverage Neonatal
resuscitation required Extra‐digit ligation and optional
circumcision procedures One callback every 3 ‐ 4 days on
average Weekend shifts from 7am Friday through 7am Monday
