At Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores, a national leader in travel stop and country store services, we're currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in providing top-notch customer service and expert advice in the automotive sector, helping both professional truck drivers and the general public. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their service needs, and guiding them through the repair process, ensuring a transparent, satisfying experience. Greet customers promptly and professionally Identify and assess customers’ service needs Advise on anticipated service requirements and preventative maintenance Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work Provide clear, detailed explanations of repair work Process service orders and maintain accurate records Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Handle service complaints and escalate as necessary Strong understanding of automotive systems and components Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain technical details to non-technical customers Experience with service advising software Strong organizational and follow-up skills Problem-solving capability Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k ASE Service Consultant certification (preferred)
