Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A certified
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a full-time
position in an elementary school setting in Anderson, IN. This
contract role is available for the current school year (CSY) and
requires immediate availability. The position is primarily
in-person, supporting a caseload of 83 students at Grissom
Elementary within the Delaware / Blackford Special Education
Cooperative. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language
therapy services to elementary school students Assess, diagnose,
and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with
communication disorders Collaborate with teachers, families, and
special education staff to ensure effective intervention Maintain
accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and
legal requirements Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathology
certification (SLP - CCC preferred) Experience working in school
settings, particularly at the elementary level Strong interpersonal
skills and ability to work collaboratively with educational teams
Flexibility to support a large caseload effectively and efficiently
Immediate availability preferred for this contract position
