Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. An opportunity is available for a full-time Special
Education Teacher to support elementary or high school students
within a dynamic educational setting in Statesville, NC. This
contract position spans from the start date through May 27, 2026,
providing consistent hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to
2:30 p.m., totaling 37.5 hours per week. Responsibilities for this
role include: - Conducting comprehensive assessments and testing
aligned with student needs. - Developing and implementing
Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to diverse
learning requirements. - Delivering specialized instruction
following cross-categorical and general curriculum frameworks. -
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student
growth. - Managing an assigned caseload effectively and maintaining
accurate records. Qualifications and experience desired: -
Certification and experience in Special Education, preferably at
the elementary or high school level. - Proficiency in assessment
administration and IEP development. - Ability to employ various
teaching strategies suited for students with exceptional needs. -
Strong organizational and communication skills. - Commitment to
fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment. Location:
