Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. An opportunity is available for a Special Education
Teacher to support students in an elementary school setting in
Greenwood, IN. This role focuses on K-12 students with severe and
significant needs, including those who are wheelchair-bound, as
part of an intensive ALPHA program. The position commences ASAP and
continues through the end of the current school year, with a
full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week across 5 days.
Qualifications: Valid Interventionist License (intense or mild/mod)
Experience working with severe and significant special education
needs Ability to manage a caseload of 8 students with varying needs
Strong collaboration skills to work alongside 1-2 paraprofessionals
in the classroom Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction
tailored to the unique needs of students in K-12 within the ALPHA
program Provide individualized support to students who may be
wheelchair-bound or require other significant accommodations
Collaborate closely with paraprofessionals to ensure a safe,
inclusive, and effective learning environment Monitor student
progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly Benefits:
