Position Specifics Substitute Teachers will gain valuable classical classroom experience while having the joy of supporting and working closely with teachers. Successful candidates are coachable, highly organized, disciplined, and motivated. They will support teachers in their routine administrative duties while learning how to manage a classroom, reinforce instruction, prepare materials and equipment and supervise students. Substitute Teachers are critical roles that will support the academic environment by filling in for teachers when they are absent from the classroom.
