Job Description:
HVAC Service Manager We are an amazing HVAC Contractor with an
established and growing business. As we continue to grow and are
looking for an HVAC Service Manager. We value our employees,

previous HVAC management experience and willing to help implement
and tech training program and best practice customer service
process. Are you an HVAC Service Expert? Do your customer service
skills excel above most? Do you have HVAC service management or
HVAC supervisor experience? Do you have longevity with your
previous employers? Are you a servant leader? If you have said yes

between field and office and the amount you spend will depend on
where you feel you need to be to accomplish your goals. MUST HAVE:
5 years experience in residential and light commercial HVAC
management HVAC Certification / License preferred Strong skill-set
of residential and light commercial HVAC products, service, and
mechanical understanding Ability to manage teams up to 15 techs
Strong understanding of HVAC functions, duct-work modifications,
and design Strong ability to maintain a high degree of precision on
detailed work Stable work history to be considered for this
