Job Description Job Description Position Description: We are seeking skilled and experienced Commercial Service Technicians to join our team in the HVAC, ALS (Air Handling Systems), and Refrigeration sectors. As a Commercial Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, air handling units, and refrigeration equipment across a wide range of commercial clients. Key Responsibilities: \tPerform scheduled preventive maintenance, overhauls and troubleshooting all types of Commercial HVAC \tProvide high quality customer service based on our company SOP policy \tMust be professional, courteous and respectful to our customers as well as fellow employees \tCommunicate effectively with customers, managers and dispatchers \tHonesty and integrity a must \tDevelop rapport with each customer to understand to the right products, parts and services needed \tAbility to explain opportunities for aging, inefficient equipment for replacement \tHandle inventory and requisition parts and material needed for each job with our online ordering system \tTimely completion of assigned work orders \tComplete all work tasks in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company safety standards \tUse and follow safety guidelines for tools and equipment \tParticipate in an on-call duty rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies Requirements: \tMinimum of 5 years HVAC repair & Refrigeration Repair \tExtensive knowledge of all types of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment \tProven competency in HVAC and Refrigeration repair. \tUniversal CFC recovery Certification \tMust be able to read equipment schematics \tAbility to read English and interpret documents and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. \tComputer tablet experience \tCFESA certification a plus Must-Haves: \tPositive attitude, highly organized and energetic \tValid drivers license with good driving record \tMust pass company drug test and background check \tGood personal appearance and the physical ability to lift 50 pounds \tEngaging personality for our fast paced, goal driven environment \tCompetitive individual contributor who loves to win as a team \tHighly motivated, self-starter whos flexible with a great attitude Benefits:\tHourly rate based on experience and company growth potential \tFactory training and development \tAdvancement supervisory program \tHealth insurance, as well as Life insurance \tDental, Vision, and 401K plan \tVacation and sick paid time off \tPaid holidays \tReferral & Bonus Programs \tProfessional development assistance Schedules Offered: \t8 Hour shift \tMonday Friday \tOn Call \tWeekend availability $20.00 - $45.00 Hourly
