setting up and running intricate 3- and 5-axis vertical and
horizontal milling jobs? Can you turn travelers, drawings, and
specs into flawless composite components? Do you enjoy fixturing,
problem-solving, and inspecting your own work to tight tolerances?

improvement? What you’ll tackle Join Composite Resources in Rock
Hill, SC and help build advanced composite parts and tooling for
aerospace, defense, and other demanding markets. You’ll operate CNC
mills and lathes, create and refine setups, and collaborate with
teammates to deliver premium-quality carbon fiber and fiberglass
components. Perform CNC operations and set-ups across 3- and 5-axis
vertical and horizontal milling platforms. Run equipment following
internal processes and all required paperwork (drawings,
specifications, travelers). Use blueprints/sketches to produce
parts that meet rigorous quality standards. Inspect and verify your
work, using calipers, micrometers, and indicators. What we’re
looking for Skilled Trade/Technical Certification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC manufacturing. Ability to read
and interpret blueprints and technical documents. A mindset that
recognizes there’s no single formula for machining; you rethink and
refine to improve results. Comfort operating in a complex,
fast-moving environment while multi-tasking. Proficiency with
inspection gaging. Basic computer skills. English language
proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
Strong math fundamentals: whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Capability to follow instructions delivered in written, oral, or
