Job Description Job Description Job Title: Quality Technician Job Description The Quality Technician will support quality system compliance activities, including reviewing standards and ensuring satisfactory closure of identified gaps. You will help ensure that non-conforming products do not continue through the production process and are not distributed to customers. Responsibilities Conduct routine quality inspections throughout production, including in-process and final inspections. Use a variety of precision measuring tools to ensure products follow specifications. Perform equipment calibrations and workstation audits. Essential Skills Experience in manufacturing or machine shop. Proficiency in quality control, quality inspection, and quality assurance. Ability to use test equipment and hand tools. Troubleshooting and mechanical assembly skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Good computer skills. Good documentation skills with strict attention to detail. Knowledge of and adherence to quality systems preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Why Work Here? Be prepared to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs (non-repetitive), and stoop during shifts. The role is available for 1st, 2nd, and overnight shifts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.13 - $25.63/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
