join our team and support our innovative S-Series and V-Series
product lines. If you’re passionate about customer service, thrive

this is the role for you. What You’ll Do As a key part of our
customer experience team, you’ll: Provide technical support for our
S-Series and V-Series HVAC systems — helping customers over the
phone and in the field Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to
keep equipment running at its best Log customer interactions and
solutions in our CRM platform to ensure a seamless experience
Collaborate with our engineering, operations, and supply chain
teams to improve product quality and reliability Help develop and
deliver training for contractors and customers Support ongoing
safety, quality, and continuous improvement efforts Travel up to
50% for field support, training, and hands-on problem solving

High school diploma or equivalent 3–5 years of experience in HVAC,
technical support, or customer service Strong mechanical aptitude
and technical troubleshooting skills A knack for problem-solving
remotely and building trust with customers Excellent communication
and teamwork skills Experience with CRM systems and a commitment to
