Your Key Responsibilities Provide technical assistance for regional
operations and purchasing teams by assisting with industrial
engineering projects and process improvements. Collaborate on and
lead projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and
reducing costs across multiple sites. Support continuous
improvement initiatives by collecting and analyzing data,
identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions.
Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating
procedures, workflows, and technical guidelines. Coordinate with
cross-functional teams including production, quality, and supply
chain to ensure project alignment and effective communication.
Monitor project progress and continuously check availability and
utilization of capacities, resources, services and materials.
Evaluate capacities needed and coordinate project planning,
staffing and resourcing. Responsible for planning and optimizing
production systems by applying systematic approaches to boost
productivity and profitability. Determine and evaluate KPIs for
continuous improvement and to guide decision-making. Develop
programs, statistical reports, budgets and presentations. Your
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field
and 2 years of experience. Understanding of lean manufacturing and
continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma). Exceptional
presentation and communication skills (written & verbal). Strong
project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable
insights. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
to manage multiple projects and administrative tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office
Suite. Experience with SAP and PowerBI preferred. External
