The Role

The Sr. Demand Manager will support, execute, and drive a digital marketing and content strategy for Power/Flow and Mobile Compressor Divisions in order to generate demand for Atlas Copco s products. This includes but is not limited to strategy, marketing calendar aligned with business leaders, campaign and content strategy, SEM, lead/demand gen, online content, conversion, social media, PPC strategies, and overseeing the executions on all digital platforms including web, social, 3rd party paid and email. The Sr. Demand Manager also drives all online and email marketing efforts.



Leverage marketing skill set to generate overall strategy, plan and quality demand through campaigns, brand awareness/enhancement, thought leadership and digital merchandising our products to our customers and dealers:





* Define annual plans with budgetary and revenue plans



* Understanding and messaging Atlas Copco s products across sales channels



* Design, develop and execute fully integrated marketing programs with comprehensive outbound, inbound and content marketing for existing and new product launches.



* Increasing brand reach and awareness through supporting all aspects of AtlasCopco.com



* Support all digital B2B and B2C lead generation initiatives including communications and content of campaigns, closely monitoring conversions and continually evaluating and adjusting campaigns to maximize ROI (Pipeline and Revenue)



* Identifying and implementing SEO/key word techniques; researching and recommending new keywords and negative keywords; offering insights on how to best incorporate keywords into web copy



* Developing and implementing social media strategy to increase awareness and ultimately drive sales



* Developing effective B2B communication + sales enablement and B2C landing pages



* Analyzing data for trends, anomalies and patterns, and making recommendations for improvements



* Developing email marketing strategies; preparing, testing and scheduling all email campaigns



* Gathering email campaign results; developing reports to determine their effectiveness and strategies for improvement



* Leveraging social media outlets to maximize inbound traffic



* Performing market segmentation to identify and quantify attractive market segments and customers with proper messaging



* Closely working with the Product Marketing Managers to maximize excitement and conversation around product roll-outs



* Working closely with Sales, IT, and Product Marketing Management to launch products and digital marketing materials effectively



* Coordinate with International teams to maintain brand consistency across all global digital channels



* Stay current with related trends, developments and best practices



* Setting up, monitor and track demand generation programs devised to increase sales and improve partner retention & satisfaction



* Work closely with BLM leaders and sales to effectively drive pipeline and conversion to revenue



* Ensure web is #1 demand engine



* Drive all activities to drive inbound/outbound customer engagement

What we expect of you

Qualifications:



* MBA Preferred



* Minimum of 10 years combined strategic and hands-on strategy development, integrated marketing experience; SEM, B2B lead gen, and email marketing at a mid-to large-sized company



* Thorough understanding of related digital best practices and methodologies



* Strong creative content generation skills



* Strong project and agency management skills



* History of producing quantifiable results



* B2B/B2C digital marketing experience required



* Solid understanding of HTML, especially in the context of email marketing



* Expert in CRM (systems, process, customer master data)



* Social media expertise required



* Proficiency in SEO and PPC management, reporting and analytical tools



* Experience working with Google/Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Manager or similar platform



* Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills



* Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and ability to work independently







Additional Skills:



* Experience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences



* Hands-on experience in email and landing page design and development



* Experience or familiarity with industrial products that sell through channel as well as direct



* Understand customer lifecycle management



* TEAM PLAYER



* Willing to get the job done right the first time
