Job Title: Technical Account Manager - OEM
Identify and develop opportunities into profitable business for
Work with new potential customers to understand their technical
challenges and utilize personal and company knowledge to configure
Manage commercial accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and
Support in building and optimizing OEM Strategy (Custom plastics
manufacturing for the biotechnology, diagnostics, drug development,
in vitro analysis, and biological research fields)
Leverage technical knowledge and experiences to work efficiently at
developing custom solutions for customers
Collaborate with cross functional, multi-national colleagues to
develop business solutions and optimize existing business
Identify key customer profiles to target and drive new business
Manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities in various stages of
Maintain primary contacts for key OEM customers maximizing customer
satisfaction, holding quarterly reviews and reporting results
Support Greiner Bio-One's manufacturing team with maintaining
assets and maximizing profitability
Participate in other required technical sales activities as
Utilize technical skills to bridge the gap between customer need
and Greiner Bio-One capabilities
Lead and network with colleagues of all disciplines to drive
Manage customer interface and act as the voice-of-the-customer for

Bachelors degree required in science, technical, or medical
Masters degree is preferred (business, science, technical, or

Ability to travel to customer sites, manufacturing facilities, and
