PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Has ownership for solution development of a portfolio of complex, high impact products (one or more) and commercialization of new offerings that meet customer needs while creating new sources of income for Lash Group and achieving goals set for new income sources. 2. Ensures solutions are in alignment with overall business and Lash Group strategy to achieve maximum return on committed or invested capital. 3. Identify, define and implement processes to support design and delivery of solutions to meet specific brand needs. Applying knowledge of Lash Group operational process, technology, patient needs, provider space and brand attributes to create a tailored solution to support request for proposal response and other business development activities. 4. Collaborates with broader Product Management team to discover new solutions, novel approaches to existing problems, formulating effective new ideas and innovative processes for product development, marketing, branding, etc. 5. Recognizes and develops promising ideas and finds ways to introduce them into the company's future strategy map. 6. Continuously evaluates ideas within the evaluation and development process and provides feedback to leadership on how to improve business decisions. 7. Keeps all new projects in line with the company's purpose and maintains consistency with the company's message and brand. 8. Within their solutions portfolio, follows customer responses to solutions, tracks and analyzes the success of new programs, and adapts according to customer adoption. 9. Within their solutions portfolio, monitors research and development of other organizations to spot trends in innovation and supplement research findings in the company's industry. 10. Provides feedback to leadership on the progress of innovation and recommends adjustments to the pace or direction of new projects as needed. 11. Collaborates with the implementation and client delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of and adherence to an innovation system. 12. Develop and implement methodology to measure effectiveness of program designs (i.e. solutions) to identify validated approaches. 14. Evolve product experience practice to optimize engagement within the organization championing capabilities and utilization 15. Identify, define and implement processes to support design and delivery of solutions to meet specific brand needs. Applying knowledge of Lash Group operational process, technology, patient needs, provider space and brand attributes to create a tailored solution to support request for proposal response and other business development activities. 16. Performs related duties as assigned EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Normally requires broad training in fields such as business administration, communications, sales, product management, marketing or similar vocations obtained through completion of bachelor's degree program; Master's Degree (MBA or MHA) preferred; requires a minimum of ten (10) years related experience, such as lifecycle product management. May require one or more of the following; progressively responsible experience in the retail pharmacy/distribution business, pharmacy operations or healthcare and related customer base. MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Superior research and analytical skills to track and predict trends, and experience translating an idea into a sound business case with financial projections. Ability to utilize domain expertise to understand and document customer needs and translate those into solutions that deliver exceptional customer value. Define and develop go-to-market strategies that enable successful organizational adoption of solutions to include positioning, messaging and pricing. Demonstrated experience in managing and leading complex cross-functional projects. Well organized with demonstrated success in planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously and ability to demonstrate keen attention to detail. Ability to assess changing conditions, values and needs of the customer; ability to conceptualize, develop and lead the effort required to support change. Must be capable of understanding and applying an industry-wide perspective on major trends, including customer, regulatory, technology, and distribution channel changes; identifies implications for business unit initiatives. Demonstrate strong critical thinking and expresses ideas clearly, concisely and logically. Ability to make balanced and insightful decisions. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others. Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
