The qualifications for this position are: Expertise in a Major Hotel Brand (i.e. Hilton/ Marriott) policy, experience in reservations, front desk operation system, hiring employees, motivation of staff/employees, and leading a successful hotel operations plan. Also, a two (2) to three (3) year experience in a management capacity at a Major Hotel Brand (Hilton/ Marriott) and an Associate Degree or higher. You may also qualify by having five (5) years of on the job experience in a Major Hotel Brand (Hilton/ Marriott) in Guest Services, Front Desk Operations and Reservations.Job Type: Full-timePay: $30,000.00 - $36,000.00 per yearBenefits:
