Job Overview:
We are looking for an Assistant Vice President to help in our Vendor (Service Provider) Management area.
LPL is growing and so is our need to govern the complex set of service providers with whom we work. This role requires an individual with outsourcing knowledge and savvy, as well as someone who can tactically establish appropriate controls and governance processes to ensure LPL 's service providers continue to deliver great results within the strict regulatory environment in which we operate.

Responsibilities:
Manage various and competing demands across LPL technology leaders with multiple service providers

Enforce contract compliance while focusing on SLA management across multiple service providers

Ensure service provider governance meeting cadences are followed and documented

Coordinate and operate RFQ processes to ensure LPL selects the appropriate partners

Location & Commitments
Based at our Fort Mill, SC (Charlotte) office

In office as required for meetings, but candidate can mostly work remote

What are we looking for?

Requirements:
4-year degree in business or technology

5+ years of overall experience with at least 2 years of experience in vendor management

2 years of experience working with offshore service providers

1 year of experience with SLA management and ability to explain processes used and results

Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills

Core Competencies:
Ability to share ideas and examples of how overall service provider management was improved

Ability to provide approach and examples of documenting and following regulatory processes

Previous experience working with or managing large nearshore and offshore vendors

Ability to work across diverse cultures and understand how cultural differences play into day-to-day work
