We are looking for a creative and analytical -VP of Marketing
-that can bring innovation and strategic insight that will fuel
ongoing growth. - We need someone who can build brand, content, and
marketing strategies - but with a connection to the overall
pipeline to attract new customers and expand among those already in
place. - This role will manage a global team, so it will be
important to have the ability to not only execute well, but
effectively lead your team to do the same.
The following Objectives will be key to your success:
Working closely with Market Segment Leaders, Product Marketing,
Application Engineers and Regional Sales to develop scalable
go-to-market/ market-growth strategies.
Guide and work with the marketing leaders from each of the
company's divisions to develop specific strategies that drive
towards the overall company plan.
Define, measure and report the performance of all marketing
channels/campaigns -and assess against acquisition goals.
Build out marketing analytics and ROI analysis -for campaigns and
channels to optimize marketing investment.
Guide development and deployment of multi-channel marketing
strategies that include high-quality content, digital marketing
positioning, marketing automation, and trade shows.
Close collaboration with sales and market segment leaders to ensure
integrated go to market implementation.
Close collaboration with product marketing to ensure Company
maintains a strong competitive brand that is reflected in the
Develop a high-performing marketing team across multiple
geographies and disciplines
Disciplined budget planning and management
Coordination and strategy related to public relations and other
Management of outside agency partners to provide scalability and
leverage subject matter expertise.
Who You Are:
10+ years in marketing related roles for high-growth, B2B or
SaaS-based companies or agencies.
Proven experience in restructuring or building teams from the
Big picture mentality, with ability to still pay attention to the
details. - Our growth is going to depend on more than just demand
generation or content development.
Familiar leveraging digital tools such as Salesforce.com, Pardot,
Adwords, etc. to design, deploy, and refine key campaigns.
Data driven, but without losing the need to be creative
Collaborative and able to work across the breadth of the
organization to build and implement programs.
Forward thinking with the ability to help guide our growth through
a combination of reflecting on the past and seeing around the
