Digital Marketing ManagerCRG recently launched a search with a global technology company that provides additive manufacturing solutions of 3D Printing within healthcare and industrial markets. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who has experience developing and analyzing marketing campaigns to join their team. This client offers amazing work/life balance, benefits, and competitive compensation, all to compliment their employee-centric culture.Location: Rock Hill, SCSchedule: HYBRID Monday-Friday 8-5Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 + 10% bonusResponsibilities: Collaborate with Segment Marketing, Communications, and Sales to define and execute digital programs, drips & nurtures leveraging multiple channels: digital, social, webinars, ABM, inbound Manage the email marketing campaigns, product landing pages, paid media, metric tracking, all while leveraging our automation systems resulting in high-quality leads for the Sales pipeline Manage daily the campaigns budget and continually improve cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rates (CR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and qualified leads (MQL); drive timely adjustments to maximize efficiency of marketing spend Coordinate Demand Generation marketing campaigns with Inside Sales activities Create digital and print media plans and creative execution of outreach. Maintain close relationships with the major lead generation and media publications Develop a deep understanding of the customers, products, and the buyer's journey, to ensure the assets communicate business value and benefits in a compelling way to optimize CTAs Create, test, optimize, and deploy new emails and landing page; manage lists for campaigns to deliver superior segmentation and targeting Manage SFDC and Pardot to set up and organize campaigns, emails, landing pages, webinars, tracking links Monitor and consistently improve lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and lead flow. Effectively use reporting tools and data-driven insights to test, track, measure, analyze, refine, and prove campaign performance. Stay ahead of global industry trends and best practices related to digital demand generation and multi-channel marketingQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of similar B2B digital and inbound marketing experience, building, editing, and optimizing paid media campaigns, with track record of MQL and CPL achievements 3+ years hands-on experience with MarTech (Pardot preferred, Marketo, or Hubspot), setting all type of campaigns and UTMs, optimizing funnel and scoring, and monitoring results Working knowledge of media buy and social media platforms ABM technology (DemandBase, 6sense) exposure is a plus Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)Category Code: JN009
