Job Description:
Oversees and directs all sales, marketing, and administrative
activities for 3D Systems Manufacturing Solutions within the
Healthcare business unit. This individual is responsible for
execution of the overall revenue plan across multiple healthcare
product lines including direct and indirect products. /_PRIMARY JOB
FUNCTIONS:_/ * o Develops and executes global strategy for growth
aligned with corporate revenue plan. o Develops and manages Channel
to achieve personal growth and revenue objectives. o Manages teams
performance to regional and product line bookings, revenue, and
margin targets. o Directs development of tactical sales plans by
product, channel, key account, or territory. Manages and directs a
sales organization across US and EMEA. o Coordinates with peers in
other business units/divisions/regions/territories to capture and
drive synergies where they may exist ensuring that required
resources are available as needed to achieve objectives. o Directs
execution of Commercial Market Initiatives (CMI). o Seeks
opportunities to expand product offerings to new markets or
introduce products from other lines to established markets/channels
to drive growth. Partners with marketing and management to
determine appropriate strategy and initiatives for sales growth. o
Provides critical market feedback to the innovation and engineering
functions to support initiatives around future product requirements
on existing and new products to continue rapid growth and gain
market share. o Supports implementation and execution of sales
tools and training required for successful achievement of sales
objectives including sales training/coaching, product training,
systems applications, etc. Leads by example by actively and
appropriately utilizing the tools. Education and Experience: * o
Bachelors degree in business or related field desired. o 8-10 years
of solid incremental sales growth experience o Demonstrated ability
to identify, execute and close strategic opportunities _Knowledge,
Skills & Abilities:_ * o Possess knowledge and experience in
personalized healthcare space working with medical device companies
and hospitals to bring customized solutions to the market. o
Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and
an ability to coach and develop team. * o Strong analytical and
quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back
up assumptions and recommendations, and drive actions. o Extensive
knowledge and proven application of margin drivers, growth plans
development and resource allocation. o Ability to work across a
matrix organization and influence cross-functional teams. * o
Strong leadership and team building skills. o Out-of-box decisive
thinker, with demonstrated ability to effectively drive change
management and make quick, calculated decisions. o Take charge
individual with lots of energy and a clear sense of urgency who
displays the ability to function in a deadline-driven work
environment while maintaining attention to detail and exercising
appropriate allocation of time and resources. * o Strong analytical
skills able to assist in identifying and providing solutions to
complex operational and financial issues within customer and
prospect opportunities. * o Able to create clear action plans. * o
Proven track record of meeting commitments with the highest
standards of ethics and integrity. * o Effective communicator
displaying logical, concise, complete, and organized written and
verbal communication with solid presentation capabilities, and
sound active listening skills. /This position requires frequent
travel, including overnight and international destinations./ *The
salary range is $150,000 to $185,000 plus commission commensurate
