$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS! BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) for our Rock Hill, SC Assistive Care State Programs home care office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout Chester, Chesterfield, Fairfield, Lancaster, Union, York counties. Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our adult clients and conduct assessments in Rock Hill, SC and other surrounding areas.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise Home Health Aides in the field.
  
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
  
• Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.
  Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
