For over 50 years, we've provided top-quality pest and termite services with integrity and care. We are looking for a hands-on Termite Control Manager to lead and grow our termite division in Lenoir.
Position Summary:As our Termite Control Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of our termite services-from scheduling and inspections to treatments and team leadership. This is a field-based leadership role for someone who knows termite work inside and out and is ready to build a top-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and train a small team of termite technicians
Perform and oversee termite inspections and treatments (liquid/barrier and baiting systems)
Schedule jobs, manage routing, and ensure timely service delivery
Monitor inventory and equipment needs
Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards
Communicate with customers and resolve service issues professionally

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of termite control experience, with leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Sentricon and other termite treatment systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
