***$20,000 SIGN ON BONUS*** RN Ortho and Spine Full Time Days Position Summary The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care to include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of assigned patients. The RN collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. THE RN ORTHO AND SPINE FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE. Individuals must possess the ability to: 1. Perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 2. Provide care utilizing the nursing process. 3. Communicate effectively.
