(Y/N): Yes, 2 on-call shifts every 6 weeks for those working 3x12sWill this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes, floating is required to sister units. As the nursery RN, they will be expected to catch and transition babies in L&D within the 1st 2-3 hours of life. Will also be expected to float to Mom-Baby where they could take a newborn assignment. (Mom-Baby/Couplet Care preferred) Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 2+ years-Experience with routine newborn care, ability to attend deliveries and resuscitate infants at delivery. Ability to transition infants after deliveryYears of experience Preferred: 2 + years' experience with level 2 babies (premature deliveries, 32 weeks and above)First-timers accepted: NOLicense REQ: SC or Multi State/Compact RN licenseCerts REQ (MUSC only accepts American Heart Association (AHA)): BLS, NRPCerts Preferred: STABLE Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): Requires managers approval upon request.
