(Y/N): No Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 1.5 years First-timers accepted: (Y/N): No License REQ: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS and NIH Required Trauma Level REQ: Special Requirements: Med/Surg required, Telemetry preferred, Interpretation of dysrhythmias preferred, Management of dysrhythmias preferred Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): Approval can be requested prior to assignment, but not guaranteed. Local Radius: 60 miles Locals Accepted: (Y/N): Yes, locals will be considered at 10% less than the posted rate RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs. Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
