We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team at Wedgewood Square Dental. As a key member of our patient care team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch care to our patients, working closely with our doctors and staff to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide thorough and gentle dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and patient education
  
• Work collaboratively with our doctors and staff to ensure seamless care delivery and exceptional patient outcomes
  
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies
  
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care

  Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Current dental hygienist license in South Carolina
    
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
    
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening
    
  • CPR Certification
    
    
    Preferred Experience:
    
    
    • 
      
    • New Grads and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply
      
    • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
      
    • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs
      
      
      Physical Requirements:

      • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
        
      • Prolonged periods sitting and standing
        
      • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
