Job Title: Travel Nurse RNPlanet Healthcare is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN to join our team in Lancaster, South Carolina.Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to work in our Med Surg / Telemetry unit. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your clinical skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Med Surg / Telemetry unit
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare teamRequirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of South Carolina
  • Experience working in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights
  • 48 hours per week
