This facility is licensed for 815 beds and recognized for its high clinical quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric and adult pharmaceutical care. Responsibilities include overseeing technician staff, verifying orders, and ensuring clinical documentation. Candidates should be adaptable and able to handle a high-stress environment. A positive attitude and the ability to multitask are essential. Days will include rotating shifts that cover weekends. Candidates with experience in emergency departments and familiarity with specific healthcare software will be prioritized. The dress code includes forest green scrubs or black bottoms, with business casual also permitted. Unit policies related to medication management will apply.
