Job Description:
Occupational Therapist Role $2,188-$2,288 per week About the
Role: Medadventures is seeking a licensed and compassionate
Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing
Facility. You'll work to help patients regain independence and
improve their ability to perform daily living activities. Key
Responsibilities: - Evaluate and assess patient needs to develop
individualized treatment plans. - Provide therapeutic interventions
to improve strength, coordination, and functional independence. -
Adapt and recommend equipment or assistive devices to enhance daily
living activities. - Document patient progress, treatment plans,
and outcomes accurately and timely. - Collaborate with an
interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications: - Active state licensure as an Occupational
Therapist (OT). - Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is
preferred but not required. - Strong communication and
organizational skills. - Passionate about patient-centered care and
