Department Information:o Typical Caseload:? Average patients seen/day: (visits are weighted) 6-7 units/day; 30/week? Average Admissions completed/day or week: Admissions are weighted at 2.40 units 2 admissions can be expected per day o Minimum Years of Experience required: 1 year Home Health experience o Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes if they have had Home Health experience as a nurse Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: o 18 y/o (no peds), wd care, wd vacs, Pleurx drains, cath (foley and SP), feeding tubes, IVs (peripheral and PICCs/Ports), DM, HF, med and disease mgmt. o Teammates will travel throughout the below areas:? Terrell, Sherrills Ford, Mount Holly, Maiden, cale, Troutman, McAdenville, Lincolnton, High Shoals, Denver, Dallas, Cramerton, Belmont and cities in between?
