VHS is looking for a qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists - Obstetrics. - City: West Columbia - State: SC - Start Date: 2025-09-08 - End Date: 2025-12-08 - Duration: 13 Weeks - Shift: 9 Hours Day shift - Description: Specialty: CRNA 50 mile radius rule no local candidatesStart Date: SeptContract Length: 13 weeksShift Details: 40 hour work weekSchedule: the preference is 5x8's per week but may consider 4x10s. locum would occasionally be assisting at the Ambulatory Surgery Center nearby.Work Details:• Support staff: Anesthesia techs• Patients per day: Approximately 150 anesthetics per day between Main OR ASCs IR Cath Lab EP OB MRI etc.• Patient population/age: 18 – Geriatric. Very limited pediatric cases but travelers is not included in pediatric cases• Department description: Large department of 70 CRNAs with 15 anesthesiologists working under Medical Direction Care Team model providing anesthesia for generally GYN ortho urology and vascular cases• EMR: Epic Highly Preferred• Special Equipment: Have Glidescopes Alaris IV pumps. Utilize Draeger anesthesia machines.• Skills required: No regional or block skills neededPractice Setting:• Hospital – Medical CenterRequirements:• Board Certification: CRNA• State license required: Yes• DEA: Yes• Certifications preferred: ACLS BLS PALS• Minimum experience required: 3 yearsCredentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 daysWilling To License?: Yes - if they have a compact license Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 17:00 - Notes: N/A - 1099 Pay Rate: 210.60 - Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
