TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Chester, South Carolina, 29706! Pay Information $1,840 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC, PALS Must-Have: - Epic experience preferred - Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room. The role requires working three 12-hour night shifts each week. The nurse will have a patient ratio of 1:4. Every other weekend is required. The nurse will not be on-call. First-time travelers are accepted. The nurse must have a valid nursing license prior to starting. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC, and PALS are required. CPI certification is preferred. The facility provides care for patients with a variety of emergent needs. Interdisciplinary support includes respiratory services, interpretation services, and pharmacy. The typical patient demographics span across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics. All requests for time off must be included prior to submission. The facility allows for one shift to be called off every two weeks. Travelers should be prepared for potential emergency assignments during hurricane season. The environment may require the management of higher acuity patients. All necessary skills related to emergency nursing practice are expected.
