Provides direct patient care to include assessment, planning,
implementation and evaluation of assigned patients. Collaborates
with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient
care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.

communicate effectively, etc. Education/Other Qualifications: The

within 30 days. American Heart Association BLS required, must be
obtained within 7 days of hire. ACLS and NIHSS required within
