Responsibilities: Provide Comprehensive Patient Care: Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients of all ages,
ensuring their physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and
environmental needs are met. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead
and support a team of caregivers, collaborating with doctors,
specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver
coordinated care. Patient and Family Education: Educate patients
and families on health management, self-care, and health promotion
to foster better health outcomes. Clinical Excellence: Participate
in shared governance, peer review, and professional development to
promote a culture of clinical excellence and leadership. Care
Coordination: Utilize care management principles to coordinate

Description Minimum Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited
school of nursing. Licensure & Certifications: Licensed as a
Registered Nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing (or compact
state). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the
