Introduces new techniques/innovation based on advanced practice trends /n - Provides consultation to physicians, nurses and other health care providers in meeting care needs of individual groups of patients /n - Performs related duties as required. /n /n The Clinical Practice Specialist serves as the expert for nursing practice in assigned department/unit/service line. The Clinical Practice Specialist is responsible for helping create and promote a culture that promotes quality patient care and service excellence. Utilizes and teaches evidence based practices to develop the clinical competence of bedside caregivers.
