Your Responsibilities Engage with patients and their families in making informed care choices. Create and document personalized care plans based on evidence-based methodologies. Execute safe transitions of care utilizing SBAR and bedside reporting techniques. Maintain clear communication with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Participate actively in unit meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing education. Keep certifications and skills current to ensure the highest level of care. Qualifications Education: Completion of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: Valid RN license in Missouri or a compact license. Certifications: Mandatory: BLS (American Heart Association) within 30 days of employment. Preferred: ACLS, NRP, C-EFM, and other relevant certifications. Experience: Prior RN experience is essential; experience in Women’s Health is a plus but not required.
