Engage in direct patient care across all facets of respiratory
therapy, following the directives of physicians. Collaborate with
medical professionals to assess the effectiveness of treatments.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for both physicians and nursing
staff regarding respiratory care. Carry out assigned
responsibilities as needed. Position Overview: $10,000 Sign-On
Bonus for Respiratory Therapists at Our Facility Up to $20,000 in
Loan Forgiveness Available! Loan Repayment Assistance Program up to
$20,000 Lifetime: This program offers financial aid to our
respiratory therapy team members in eligible hospital-based roles,
working a minimum of 32 hours per pay period. Monthly payments of
up to $370 will be made directly to the loan servicer, with a
lifetime cap of $20,000 . Education: A high school diploma or
equivalent is mandatory. Successful completion of a program
accredited by the National Board for Respiratory Care is required.
Licensure: Must hold a valid license from the Missouri Board for
Respiratory Care. Experience: No prior experience is necessary.
Certification/Registration: Must be registered as a therapist with
the National Board for Respiratory Care. Additional Skills &
Knowledge: BLS/CPR certification from an American Heart Association
