The TCU focuses on patients transitioning from ICU or those requiring close monitoring, making it an ideal setting for enhancing critical thinking skills . ? Qualifications ? Graduate of an accredited RN program ? Current RN license (or compact license) ? Physical capability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs., with prolonged standing/walking ? Ability to handle stressful situations and communicate effectively Certifications: ?? BLS (to be obtained within 30 days of hire) ? ACLS ? Additional unit-specific certifications as needed ?
