Schedule: Full-Time | 36 hours/week | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

organization Job Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to
deliver patient care. Maintain professional accountability for the
care provided to assigned patients. Assess the overall
effectiveness of care delivered by other direct caregivers.
Collaborate with various departments to coordinate patient care.
Uphold patient rights and ensure the confidentiality of patient
information. Execute duties in alignment with our mission, values,
and service standards. Qualifications: Education: Must be a
graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or
BSN). Licensure: A current RN license in the hiring state or
compact licensure is required, along with compliance with all state
board of nursing regulations. Physical Requirements: Ability to
regularly push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs Prolonged standing and
walking during shifts Must be capable of gripping, reaching,
bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting Certifications: Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart
Association, or completion within 30 days of hire Additional
certifications may be required based on unit needs, or must be
obtained within departmental timelines: ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC,
CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, or other
unit-specific certifications Preferred Qualifications: Education,
licensure, experience, and certifications may vary by unit and are
