looking for a caring and proficient RN to take on the role of
Educator in our Mother Baby Unit. Position Overview: Your
Responsibilities Educate women, children, and families on various
subjects, including: Heart health Childbirth and newborn care CPR
and First Aid Babysitting and home safety Implement approved
curriculum to conduct engaging and informative classes. Guide new
educators and support departmental operations. Engage in community
outreach initiatives, facility tours, and special events. Foster a
safe and respectful atmosphere for all participants. Qualifications
Education: Completion of an accredited nursing program
(Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: Valid RN license in
Missouri or compact licensure. Certifications: American Heart
Association certification is mandatory for teaching CPR and First
Aid. Lamaze International certification is preferred. Experience:
Prior teaching experience is advantageous. Skills: Strong
communication and time management abilities; capacity to engage
diverse audiences effectively. Additional Duties Adhere to safety,
confidentiality, and infection control protocols. Exhibit
adaptability and problem-solving skills in class delivery and
technology usage. Contribute to quality improvement efforts and
