Responsibilities Engage with patients and their families in making
care decisions. Create and document personalized care plans based
on evidence-based practices. Conduct safe hand-offs utilizing SBAR
and bedside reporting techniques. Maintain clear communication with
physicians and the multidisciplinary team. Participate actively in
unit meetings, process improvement initiatives, and ongoing
education. Keep certifications and competencies up to date to
ensure the highest quality of care. Qualifications Education: Must
be a graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or
BSN). Licensure: Must hold a current RN license in Missouri or a
compact license. Certifications: Required: BLS (American Heart
Association) within 30 days of employment. Preferred: ACLS, NRP,
C-EFM, and other relevant certifications. Experience: Prior RN
experience is essential; experience in Women’s Health is preferred
